Accessibility Statement

Our target

We are working towards the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. We have not yet completed a full independent audit, so we do not claim conformance. This statement describes progress, not a verified conformance claim.

What we have done so far

• Semantic HTML with a single main heading per page and a logical heading order.
• Keyboard-operable navigation, menus and forms, with visible focus styles.
• Text alternatives on meaningful images; decorative graphics hidden from assistive technology.
• Phone numbers, email addresses and external destinations marked up as real links.
• Scrolling and animated content respects the operating system "reduce motion" setting.
• Key content, including counters and dates, is present in the page without relying on animation completing.
• Form fields have visible labels, required-field indicators and plain-language error messages.
• Colour contrast reviewed against our black-and-gold palette for body text and interactive elements.

Known limitations

Testing is in progress. We have not yet completed screen reader testing across all pages, and some third-party content we link to (such as ticketing, mapping and social media platforms) is outside our control and may not meet the same standard. We will list specific known issues here as testing is completed.
